We aim to cater for the needs of as many prople as possible in our home based 7 bedroom guesthouse. The house was built in 1855, and is Grade 11 Listed, built with a lower floor, upper ground and first floor.
The entire house is NON SMOKING.

There is a bus stop opposite, and a service runs hourly into the town centre.
Cheltenham Spa Railway station is about 10 minutes away by car (allow a bit more during busy rush hour times)
We recommend a good local taxi service which has accessible taxis if required - the number is listed in our Guest Information folder, or we can book this for you.

Our car park is 60 yards behind the main house, with 7 marked bays, with room for one car per room.
The drive and carpark surface is level, flat and tarmacadamed
The nearest eating venue is 3 minutes walk away (apart from Sundays)
On arrival you can pull up in front of the main door to check in and unload your luggage before leaving your car in the main carpark.
The front door is on the upper ground level, with 7 steps, each 7" high.
- There are wroughtiron railings on each side of the steps for support
- The front door is kept locked, but guests have their own key for independent access at all times.
- A magnifying glass is available to assist with registration form filling
The front door is 40" wide, leading into a wide hallway to the reception area. Guests sign in at a desk which is 29" high. If this is difficult for anyone we can complete checkin requirements in their rooms.
The reception area is carpeted with short pile carpet.
There is a night time emergency bell on the reception desk which will summon the owners if rung.
One of our rooms is on the mezzanine level, accessed from the main front door by 14 x 7" steps, 2 further first floor rooms are a further 4 steps up.
Four further rooms are on the garden level, with a separate entrance accessed by 7 x 7" steps.
The dining room is accessed from the garden level by a 12 x 7" staircase. All staircases have rails.
There is a "luggage dropping off" point at the top of these steps.
This side entrance door is kept locked at all times, but guests on this floor will have their own access key.
Guestrooms are well lit, provided with modern high divan beds, easy use bedside lamps.
Ensuites are modern and compact but provide adequate space for normal usage.
Guide and Assistance dogs welcome but owners/users must bring their own dog food and bowls.
TV/DVD combis with remote controls are provided in each room, with a free DVD library available.
A hospitality tray is provided with3 different teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk and biscuits. Where possible these products are Fair Trade.
Our dining room is located on the upper ground floor, with seating (no arms on chairs) for up to 14 guests.
The main door is 35" wide, and seating is flexible depending on requirements.
Tables are 29" high, most with central pedestals

We provide a full breakfast buffet selection, including Vegan and vegetarian. Cooked breakfasts are waiter served.
